This policy explains how Aira Fitness LLC collects, uses, and protects information when members, staff, managers, and franchise operators use Aira Fitness websites, mobile apps, club access systems, and related services.
Information We Collect
Depending on your relationship with Aira Fitness, we may collect:
- Account information such as name, email address, phone number, home club, membership status, and login details.
- Membership, billing, payment, agreement, and account history needed to operate your membership.
- Booking details for classes, private studio reservations, services, appointments, and staff calendar events.
- Door access activity, including access attempts, denial reasons, device identifiers, card or fob identifiers, and mobile access events.
- Bluetooth and device information needed for supported mobile door unlock features.
- Push notification tokens and communication preferences.
- Staff role, permission, assigned location, schedule, and operational activity for authorized staff accounts.
- Support messages, notes, and related customer service records.
- Technical information such as app version, device type, diagnostics, and usage events used to keep the system working.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide memberships, club access, private studio reservations, classes, services, and staff operations.
- Verify eligibility for door access, bookings, benefits, agreements, and billing actions.
- Process payments, account charges, refunds, credits, and related billing records.
- Send operational messages, reminders, account notices, and support responses.
- Protect clubs, members, staff, devices, and access-controlled areas.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot issues, and monitor system performance.
Payments
Payment processing is handled through payment service providers such as Stripe. Aira Fitness does not store full credit card numbers in its own app database. Payment records may include amounts, dates, transaction references, payment status, and limited card or payment method details returned by the payment processor.
Sharing Information
We share information only as needed to operate Aira Fitness services, comply with law, protect safety, or support our business. Service providers may include cloud hosting, authentication, database, payment processing, email, messaging, analytics, app store, and customer communication platforms. Franchise owners and authorized club staff may access information for the locations and roles they are permitted to manage.
Location, Bluetooth, and Door Access
The member app may request Bluetooth permissions so a supported phone can communicate with Aira access hardware near a club door. Android may require location permission for Bluetooth scanning. Aira uses this access to support door unlock behavior and does not sell precise location data.
Data Retention
We keep records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain security, support billing and accounting, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and operate access-control audit logs.
Your Choices
You can contact Aira Fitness to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational retention requirements. You can also disable push notifications in your device settings.
Security
Aira Fitness uses administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect account, access, billing, and staff data. No system is perfect, but we work to limit access to authorized people and services.
